If you choose to become a registered member of The Frog Point Campsite , you must provide your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, a unique login name, password, and password validation, and a password hint to help you remember your password. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including but not limited to:

  • Personal Identification
  • To complete air, hotel, car and other reservations
  • To allow us to contact you for customer service purpose, If necessary.
  • To customize the content of our site to strive to meet your specific needs; and/or
  • To make product or other improvements to our site. In addition we need your e-mail address, mobile no to confirm your new member registration and each reservation you transact on our site. As a The Frog Point Campsite member you will also occasionally receive updates from us about fare sales in your area, special offers, new The Frog Point Campsite services, and other noteworthy items. How do I confirm a reservation ?

We will assign one exclusive Travel Counselor to process your reservation , Once the hotels / itinerary and the rates have been finalized , The Counselor would send a Performa invoice listing the amount payable ,reservation details and the package inclusions ,If you are satisfied with the details we will start to process the reservation.

How much Advance do I pay and when?

We would need 10- 25 % advance payment to process the reservation, after we receive the confirmations and payment time limits from respective hotels, we would inform you on the final payment schedule, which would vary from a hotel to a hotel, Seasonality and the Destination.

How long does it take to get a confirmation?

24 to 48 hours.
