Changing / Cancelling a Reservation

What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

If the reservation is cancelled / modified, it is subject to terms and conditions levied by the respective hotel/s. This policy is not uniform and depends on various factors such as the seasonality , the duration between the cancellations / modifications and the Check in Date , the kind of rate on which the reservation was made , All these conditions are applied by the hotels and not The Frog Point Campsite. In case of modifications / cancellations we would charge a 10 % processing fee.
